Do you bring the spa to my villa or hotel?
Yes. Bali Boomerang Spa is a home service: you choose a treatment online and our therapist comes to your villa, hotel, or home for the session.
Which areas in Bali do you cover?
We currently serve Kuta & Seminyak, Canggu & Sanur, and Ubud. The full list of areas in each zone is shown in the Area Coverage section on the homepage. Choose your zone at checkout, where any zone fee is added to your booking.
How do I pay for my booking?
Checkout is completed securely online with PayPal or Midtrans. Treatment prices are listed in USD; when you pay with Midtrans, the amount is charged in IDR.
Can I choose my therapist?
Yes. During checkout you can request a female or male therapist, or choose a specific therapist from the list when one is available.
What happens after I complete my booking?
You receive a confirmation email after your payment. Our team assigns your therapist before your scheduled visit, and we send you a reminder the day before your appointment.
